"When designing an apartment in Mumbai utilization of every square foot counts more so in an upmarket locality like Juhu. Our team decided to come up with our own design brief after understanding the client's requirement and lifestyle. Our first design guideline was to utilize every square inch of precious real estate 🙂 without moving away from aesthetics and comfort. The second thought was to have a minimalist design with more of whites & off-whites and clean straight lines. Another area of focus was the lighting in the apartment with equal importance for task lighting as well as ambient lighting."
